We are pleased to offer the following hotel rates, specially negotiated for the Cairo Chest Congress July 2008 :

Please Note :

Room rates for all hotels are guaranteed only until 1st June, 2008 after which rooms will be released to the free market and according to availability
Room rates for all hotels are inclusive of :
- Buffet breakfast ( not room service )
- Presently applicable 10 % Sales Tax & 12 % services charge
Should there be any change in the tax rate before the Conference , the revised rate will be charged
The check-in and check-out time at hotel is normally 12.00 noon
A shuttle Bus is available to the Conference venue, From Hotels
Total nights are required to confirm the Hotel reservation.
Airport transfer is not included in the price : the cost is US$ 35 per person per way and must be added to the accommodation fees

MODE OF PAYMENT:

The payment for accommodation , airport transfer and tours can be made by one of the following

N.B. In case of Swift Payment :

- Swift Bank transfer fees to be paid from your side.

2- By Credit Card (Visa or Master card): this is available till June 1st ,2008.

                2. A 4% transaction charge will be added on all credit card payments.
                3. Cancellation policy to be applied.

       SERVICE TAXES:
              Are applicable to hotel accommodation, transportation and tours (on the total invoice amount ) and

included in all rates .
The services charge is now 12% , sales tax is 10% and government tax is 2% . In case of any

              increase of taxes by the government ,revised taxes will be applied.

       CANCELLATION POLICY:
             All cancellations must be received in writing and will be subject to the following conditions.

- For cancellations received before June 1st , 2008 , one night will be charged

- For later cancellations, no refund possible.
